The Salty Dog is currently seeking applicants for the positions of part-time and full-time retail sales associate and shift leader. Our goal is to exceed expectations in service for every customer. The ideal candidates for these positions will have a retail or customer service background with experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment. They must possess excellent communication skills and be organized, warm, and friendly. Shift leader candidates will preferably also have supervisory experience. A willingness to work at our multiple locations, including South Beach Marina and Arrow Rd is required. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage plus employee discounts and incentives. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
