We pride ourselves on the guest service we provide. Store Managers must lead by example and make every effort to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable experience at The Salty Dog. The ideal candidate for Store Shift Manager will have management experience in a fast paced, retail environment. They must possess excellent computer, leadership, customer service, problem solving, and communication skills. A willingness to work at our multiple locations, including South Beach Marina, Arrow Rd, and Tanger Outlets, and on weekends is required. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus employee discounts and incentives. Insurance benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
