GreenLight Mobile, a Cricket Authorized Dealer, is now hiring for multiple positions! Cricket Wireless is the fastest growing pre-paid cell phone company in the nation! You will be selling the hottest new Android, Apple, and Windows phones on the market!
Develop world class customer service skills to gain and retain customers. Sell all products and services offered by the company. Meet sales objectives. Handle all aspects of a sale including: activating and demonstrating phones, and answering all questions about our products and services. Fulfilling warranties, accepting customer payments and submitting applications for phone payment plans. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Handle service inquiries from customers.
Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
Possess a competitive spirit, willingness to learn, and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Ability to multi-task between customers and projects in a fast paced team environment, interact with customers, and deliver a world class customer service to all our customers. Uncover customers' needs and show them how our products meet and exceeds those needs.
A successful candidate will be able to perform the following:
Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Stand for long periods of time. Complete all paperwork completely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Operate a computer and all of our products. Efficiently operate multiple computer programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, among others. Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate. Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
