Molder Operator

All applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Punctual and reliable
-Have solid references and work history
-Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
-Working knowledge of basic math, fractions, geometry, and can read a tape measure to 1/32 accuracy
-Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English
-Ability to recognize size/grade/quality of material
-Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials as needed
-Demonstrate the ability to stack material properly
- Familiarity with drills, screw guns, nail guns, and hand tools
-Must have personal hand tools
-Must have 2 years finish carpentry or cabinet building experience
-Must have knowledge and experience with shop equipment, table saws, planers, shapers, molders, and sanders
- Experience with finish sanding and detail sanding with proper sanding grits
-Must have dependable transportation and a valid drivers' license
-Forklift experience and training are a plus
