Matric
Management development training would be an advantage
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Tables at least 10 years must be at a Senior Management level.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Good business sense and financial acumen.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulations.
Must be prepared to work shifts as well as when needed.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall efficiency and profitability of the Tables department including marketing, staffing budgets, cost control and customer service
Strategic planning for Tables department
To ensure the Casino Tables operation and Casino Tables gaming equipment is maintained to the highest standards and remains up to date with market trends, demands and technical evolution.
Drafting annual operational budget to meet recommendation by executive management and ensure budgetary expectations are achieved
Manage staffing and staffing related issues according to company policies, including industrial relations, leave, training etc
Promote the casino through regular contact with customers, and implement strategies and functions to attract guests to the property
Ensure compliance of the department to GGB rules and regulations, ICP’s and SOP’s
Identify any possible irregularities within tables to prevent fraud
Implement assessment processes and training plans for staff with a view to advancing employment equity objectives of the company
Review and update ICP’s as required
Regular interaction with guest to establish a relationship and ensure any disputes are resolved
Keep up with new technologies and introduce new profitable games on the gaming floor
