Collectors Café is looking for experienced SAUTE & GRILL LINE COOKS. We are one of Myrtle Beach's oldest and best casual fine dining restaurants with 24 years of success. This is a year round position, open 6 days a week and closed every Sunday. We encourage all applicants to come in and apply in person from 3-5pm Mon-Sat (ask for Chef Jon). We are located at 7740 N Kings HWY, Myrtle Beach, 29572.
Requirements:
Team oriented
Minimum of 3-4 years cooking experience in an upscale-casual fine dining environment
Excellent knife skills
The ability to cook meat and fish to temperature (rare, med rare, etc.)
Passion for food and learning
Professional work ethic, demeanor and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to and from work
