Holiday Inn @ the has an immediate opening for a full time 2nd shift front desk agent/relief night auditor - $13.00 per hour plus a season end bonus of 50 cents per hour

Duties consist of, but not limited to:

Compile daily stat reports -follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions

Identify the cause of out of balance reports and revenue expenses and correct them in a timely manner.

Produce other internal reports requested by management

Checking guest in and out

Answering incoming calls assisting callers with reservations needs and in-house guest needs

Posting room deposits

Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and up to standards before guest check-in and during guest stay

Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit of cash drawer

Other duties as assigned by management
