We are looking to hire two case managers to service Myrtle Beach counties.
Professional Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position you must be one of the following:
-A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health or human services field with two or more years of experience in assessment and care planning with clients.
-A Social Workers licensed by the State of South Carolina.
-An Unlicensed Social Worker with a Baccalaureate Degree or a Master's Degree from a Social Work program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and have at least 2 years post graduate experience in a health or social related field.
-A Registered nurse currently licensed by the State of South Carolina or by a state that participates in the Nursing Compact.
-A Professional Counselors currently licensed by the state of South Carolina.
-A Certified Geriatric Care Manger
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license
Must maintain a cell phone service
Must demonstrate skills in computer usage
Must attend orientation and training for new case managers
Must agree to accept a minimum of thirty-five (35) cases
Must have or be willing to obtain an updated TB test
