LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN Myrtle Beach, SC
The Location Maintenance & Repair Technician is a part-time position, with direct responsibility for the Lockers at the Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Water Park; also, the maintenance and repair of massage chairs at designated fitness clubs.
Visit once a week to check equipment and do collections for lockers and, on call 7 days a week for any service calls called by the water parks. $300 a month May through September 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM- SeasonalÂ
Fitness Clubs Maintenance $20.00 an hour + mileageÂ
Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required

BASIC FUNCTION
The Location Maintenance & Repair Technician is a part-time position, with direct responsibility for the Lockers at the Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Water Park; also, the maintenance and repair of massage chairs at designated fitness locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance and repair of equipment
Maintain clean equipment
Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions
Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte
Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager
Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels
Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed
Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management
Other assignments as needed. ÂEDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates or Technical degree preferred SKILLS
Working knowledge of equipment
Electrical and mechanical equipment repair
Excellent verbal and written communication
Maintain accurate records
Compile reports
Proficient in computer and Smartphone use PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time
Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Drivers license required
