We are a Vacation Rental Company looking for an Experienced Technician to join our Maintenance Team. Work is FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND and our Team looks after several hundred homes/apartments/condos. Our job is to keep our rental properties in the best condition possible and to respond to Guest's and Owner's Maintenance concerns by consulting, diagnosing and repairing any issues that arise.
Our successful candidate will be......
* knowledgeable in Plumbing, Electrical and General Carpentry
* mechanically minded
* able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* available to work weekends
* available for occasional on-call, after-hours work
If you......
* reside within approximately 10 miles of Garden City
* have a satisfactory DMV record and can pass a pre-employment background screening
* want vacation/personal time off benefits
* have some computer skills and good customer service skills
* want to become part of a GREAT TEAM
