Homeowners Association looking for a temporary maintenance technician/handy man to work from May 20th- Labor Day. Position is 20 hours a week, weekend work is required. $13.00 Hourly.
Responsibilities:
Assist Facility Supervisor in oversight of the property
Maintain the physical integrity of the property
Insure safe and secure living environment for residents and visitors
Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the property
Qualifications:
Must be available on weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call for emergencies
Must be able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner
Must have a valid NC Drivers license and reliable transportation
Must have general knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Must have general construction knowledge including but not limited to light sheetrock repairs and painting
Must have general knowledge of swimming pool operation
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have general knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping operations
Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools Various: wrenches, hammer, grips, saws, sledgehammer, snips, posthole diggers, etc. Power Tools: Wrenches, grinders, sanders, drills, saws, key machines, etc. User-Moved Aids: Wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, hoists, jacks, step ladders, full ladders, double ladders. Mechanical Equipment: Motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, electric and hand power augers, etc.
