That's more important to me than HVAC-specific sales experience, because we have incredible training here, but you cannot train ATTITUDE, or old-fashioned WORK ETHIC.
I want someone with in-home sales experience (swimming pool or spa salespeople tend to transition well into this job, because they have experience selling higher dollar ticket items in the home).
