Ready Ride Motors is a growing independent pre-owned auto dealership located in North Myrtle Beach SC looking for a motivated Sales and Finance professioinal who has the ability to understand the used car industry and the processes for auto sales.
Customer service & integrity are key elements in making us who we are, and our employees must be focused on working well with customers in order to keep them as long-term & happy clients.
About the Job:
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, classifieds, print ads, referrals, etc.) Video production, virtual tours and posting to social media.
- Working and negotiating with banks to secure Financing for customers.
Candidate must have the ability to qualify the customer, and follow the sale through the entire process, until the car is completely delivered.
following up on completion of any dealership obligations to customer (any work that needs to be done on the car, final detailing, etc.), demonstrating vehicle's operating features to customer, and building customer loyalty
- Maintain daily knowledge of car inventory, including features, conditions, warranty status, etc.
- Daily repositioning of the cars on the lot as necessary
- Post & renew web postings as needed
Minimal Requirements:
- Excellent communication & people skills a must
- Great at seeking, tracking & following up with customers
- Proficient at computers
- Must be reliable
- Willingness to pitch in as a team member; this is a small dealership and each of us wear many hats
- Valid In-State Driver's License
- Must have cell phone
