Desktop Engineer
Duration: 3 months (will extend)
Location: 2 days a week will need to travel to their different sites- 3 of the days will be remote
Travel time and expenses will be paid for.
A good bulk of the sites are based in their NC/SC offices
Project: AutoPilot roll out. There are over 70 sites that this resource will be travelling to through the duration of this project. ·

• Experience with machine Imaging
• Prior experience working on an Autopilot roll out
• Experience with Inbound/Outbound calls, emails, Chat and remote support
• Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
• Responsible for the deployment, repair, replacement, disposal, and inventory management of End User Computing equipment (desktops, laptops, phones, printers)
• Ensures all assigned tickets are updated and moving towards a successful resolution in a manner that meets or exceeds Service Level Objectives.
• Physical setup of workstations, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
