Find your future with us.We have an opportunity for an Executive Compensation Senior Manager to join The Boeing Company's Total Rewards (TR) group to provide real-time operational and strategic leadership at Boeing around all areas of executive compensation.This role provides leadership in the development of executive compensation strategies in support of key business and talent objectives. The position works with Total Rewards leadership, external consultants, senior leaders, and board members in the design and oversight of programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, strategic alignment, and adherence to regulatory and legal guidance. Programs include annual incentive plans, long term incentives (LTI), and executive salary management and job-leveling. The role will provide guidance to the Executive Compensation administration team to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in support of programs and initiatives as well as collaborate with other Compensation and Total Rewards leaders and teams to ensure programs, processes, and tools are appropriately aligned. Additionally, the position co-leads the preparation for all Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings, including data, materials, and analysis to be reviewed with key stakeholders, leaders, external consultants and board members.As a leading global aerospace company, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries. Proactively bring specialist insights to customers/stakeholders, and facilitate to align perspectives of executive compensation and the business to align solutions

Lead the businesses to ensure enterprise level executive compensation programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives

Advocate, communicate, educate and train HR and the business on executive compensation strategy and processes

Review and approve executive salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation policies, market competitiveness and regulatory requirements

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

5+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting

5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBA) designation, or similar

3+ years of experience in Executive Compensation and/or Total Rewards

Strategic perspectives combined with hands-on attitude and consultative approaches
