UCS is supporting SPAWAR Network Services IPT division, on a 5-year delivery order in North Charleston. The UCS team provides infrastructure and network security services for the RDT&E enterprise in support of SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic employees and projects at all locations. The purpose of the Network Services IPT is to provide a robust and secure networking and communications environment allowing high availability and stability in support of test and developmental efforts and events.
UCS is looking for an HBSS Admin. This position requires Technical Training in Server Support and five (5) years of hands-on helpdesk experience with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Navy Assured Compliance Assessment System (ACAS) collection system server and systems configurations (hardware and software) to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This role will administer server-based systems, security devices, distributed applications, network storage, messaging, and perform systems monitoring. This role consults on network, application, and customer service issues to support computer systems’ security and sustainability. Candidates should have experience troubleshooting HBSS product server issues and outages, administering policy catalog management, coordinating ASI details and planning as needed, maintaining system patches, maintaining O/S, SQL, maintaining the ePO server (automated tasks, task scheduler, database maintenance tasks, etc.) and HBSS STIG compliance and resolving ePO server (O/S, ePO, or SQL) issues.
