Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a First-line Manufacturing Manager (level K) based out of North Charleston, SC .At the Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) we build the interiors of our Boeing Commercial Aircraft, from raw materials through finished product. In this role you will support multiple models (787) and partner with IRC operations, engineering and supply chain. A successful candidate is able to build effective partnerships with team members, partners, leaders and peers.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads the team through the One Boeing Production System (OneBPS)

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ year(s) of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

1 + year(s) of experience implementing continuous process improve, lean processes, and employee engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment

Willing to work any shift required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):2+ year(s) Experience in a team environment

2+ year(s) Experience with managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data

2+ year(s) Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and team

2+ year(s) Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

2+ year(s) Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
