Naval Business Development and Delivery Strategist
Key Role:

Work as a key lead in a dynamic, diverse, and geographically dispersed team focused on the execution of marketing strategy for Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and information operations (IO) operations opportunities and clients. Drive and develop comprehension of emerging customer requirements and contribute to marketing strategy, opportunity pipeline development, and multi-channel client experiences for a growing business segment. Develop a direct client marketing strategy for growth offerings in sensitive operations, weaponeering, space, advanced sensors, engineering, software and systems development, analytics, and consulting. Coordinate with extended teams and business developers regarding integrated marketing campaigns, operational execution support, building the brand, and achieving business objectives. Assist with positioning for and capturing opportunities and lead subsequent resulting tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with managing complex technical solutions and efforts for the Naval C4ISR and IO community
  • Ability to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects and have regular interactions with program managers, acquisition analysts, cost analysts, integrated master schedulers, engineers, and operations analysts
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated account and opportunity capture team in a matrixed organization with a collaboration and a team-centric culture
  • Ability to analyze current market needs and identify viable business development opportunities in classified projects and programs
  • Ability to interpret and communicate established corporate and facility security policies and procedures to employees
  • Ability to engage key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on classified projects
  • Ability to conduct staff career management for subordinate personnel
  • Ability to manage subordinate staff and program execution
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with professional services business development
  • 5+ years of experience with Navy subordinate organizations
