We are looking for a strategic, focused, dynamic, and driven Sales Professional to help us grow our business, all while working in a manufacturing office environment where you will learn our business from the inside out and have the opportunity to advance in your role as your own success dictates.
This is a high visibility opportunity allowing you the chance to work directly with our customers. You would lead in house presentations and give plant tours as well as facilitate trainings with our customers and our Independent Sales Reps from all over the country. ( This is high ticket selling and we need a person who is always closing ! )
The Sales Manager role is the communication hub for all our teams. They enjoy winning, performing, speaking, and have the talent for turning a "No" into an enthusiastic "Yes" and want to be paid and celebrated for it. They pay close attention to promises, sales goals, dead lines, and commitments. They have the power to reach across the miles and influence people through phone calls, web sites, social media and email campaigns as well as leading on-site training with manufactures reps in the field. Only the select few will love this active travel and intensely busy and dynamic kind of work and we are looking for you!
If you can knock out a "Things To Do" List in a flash, can drive Word and Excel documents at 250 mph, are a whiz with numbers and love connecting with new customers everyday, we are looking for you. This unique job requires a very positive attitude that comes through in phone calls and in person. It requires an active and engaged listener, closely paying attention to the details and then sharing those details with the rest of our teams.
