Purpose of the role:The key role is divisional operational performance, readiness and ensuring governance Key Responsibilities:Administrative StaffReporting line manager for T&I Division’s administrative staffEnsuring admin tasking and utilization is planned, and efficientEnsuring career discussions (PDP) and implementedManage team structure to meet Discipline needsDivision Cash Balance/ContingenciesManaging forex on billingManaging forex WO’s  for exchange gainManaging and maintaining a financial risk contingency :  contingency WO’s across the Division’s portfolioManaging and maintaining negative WIP for all projectsManaging input to the budget and quarterly forecast processDSOOversight on DSOMonthly billing – reduction of aged WIPReduction of old debt by legal and payment pressureOversight at UK debt and WIP meetingsTracking invoicingTracking collectionsProject healthEnsuring project reviews take placeEnsuring key actions on high risks are actionedEnsuring PD’s bill and collectProject performance: accounting and oversightResourcingEnsuring Discipline leads balance resources on the planning toolEnsuring project directors have loaded Blue and Red (R and P) resources in the planning toolEnsuring geographic and disciplines balancingMonth endDrives month end revenue vs budgetDrives improvement investigation and correctionsOperational readiness and operationsDriving the utilization and improvement of our planning and projection toolsDriving the integration of our project tools and enterprise systemProject controls (schedule, costing, document control, project delivery platform)Undertake Project Director roles for Division lead Africa opportunities when the bulk of the work is delivered by other WSP entitiesTracking tender costs to wins, and the building of backlogQuality assuranceISO accreditation and Division complianceProject reviews implementation Health & Safety:Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies by influencing those around you.Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero HarmEmbracing, displaying and promoting the company values and ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
