Summary: The role will assist the Reality Labs team with Planning and Inventory Management activities for all of their consumer hardware manufacture. The key stakeholders will include the Planning and Channel Operations and the Service Management teams. This person will design and implement systems to manage the global plan and ensure that we have a robust inventory management process to address our growing needs.Required Skills: Application Manager, Supply Chain Planning Responsibilities:Design, configuration, implementation and operational support for Demand Planning , Supply Planning, Service Planning and Inventory Optimization products.

Drive process and product metrics, adoption by optimizing application usage. Own application integrations with third party products and Facebook internal systems.

Focus on System Improvements to collaborate and address joint goals with business stakeholders.

Own cross functional initiatives with Channel Operations, Logistics and Service Management.

Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies. Provide supply chain planning expertise, conduct training and help business architect end-to-end processes.

Provide strategic and operational oversight for our supply chain systems.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or Engineering field.

5+ years of experience in vendor product build or implementation.

At least one full cycle of Application implementation, cut over, launch and post launch support.

Experience in scaling vendor product usage (vertical and horizontal).

Vendor Product technical skills Working with engineers in building extensions (using platform), integrating vendor products for seamless user experience. Data extraction and analyses.

Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, defect trends, priority, severity and operational metrics.

Experience leading a team of vendor support teams.

7+ years of experience in building and implementing solutions in supply chain planning (demand, supply planning, inventory optimization) and execution domains.

Experience in design and development of custom Forecasting and Planning tools that can satisfy the requirements of multiple business groups.

Experience implementing Global Order promising and Sales Order Scheduling.

Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions.

Experience understanding the planning and budgeting drivers for various business groups within Facebook.

4+ years of experience working on data models with hands on experience to write queries and perform data analysis.

5+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups.

Experience quantifying business impact of various work streams and aligning multiple stakeholders on a common product roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Software Vendor product training certifications

Experience implementing Oracle, E2OPEN, Manhattan Associates, SAP or other leading supply chain systems is preferred

Analytical and quantitative skills with the experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

Experience clearly communicating data insights to others
