We’re growing fast, and we need technical consultants ready to bring their unique skills, energy, and creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.Technical Leads drive the technical solution design and development for non-routine and complex customer engagement(s), ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. The successful candidate specializes in complex data conversion and has a broad understanding of PAAS and data integration.This is a client-facing leadership position that allows you to collaborate daily with our customers. This role combines hands-on technical data conversion work, with the interpersonal side of consulting on projects and leading global teams to accomplish complex work efforts.If you love data and technology, but also enjoy people, you are perfect for this job. Although this role requires deep technical expertise, a big portion of your daily responsibility will include interacting with our clients. From phone calls and emails, to virtual meetings, managing client relationships is very important. You will constantly collaborate with customers on understanding the complexities of their business.Specifically, you will be responsible for leading both data migration and data integration:Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement with the client on integration architecture strategy and data migration strategy.

Documenting the integration inventory to list the inbound and outbound interfaces that need to be created or modified.

Writing and testing data conversion scripts. Designing, building and testing inbound and outbound interfaces.

Working with clients and consulting project leaders to gain understanding of project goals, expectations, and challenges.

Leveraging Oracle methodologies, tools, and leading practices.

Leading global teams to accomplish tasks including:

Writing and testing data conversion scripts.

Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on integration architecture strategy.

Documenting the integration inventory.

Integration using Oracle Integration Cloud or Service Oriented Architecture Service Oriented Architecture Cloud Services) with Oracle Cloud.

Data Migration into Oracle Cloud.

Reporting and data extraction using Oracle tools.

Oracle Cloud Soap Service and Representational State Transfer (RESTful) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

Architecting and developing Integration Strategies, Data Migration Strategies, Reporting Strategies and overseeing the implementation of those strategies (from a technical perspective).

Creating project timelines and communicating with project team members to report progress on execution of assigned tasks in accordance with quality and time allocation.

Following appropriate methodologies to accomplish assigned tasks; consistently utilizing Oracle leading practices and ensuring teams remain in compliance with all project standards.

Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues.

Developing long-lasting client relationships, proving yourself as a trusted advisor who our clients can depend on.

Technical Skills:Hands on experience in Oracle’s OIC, SOACS, Java Cloud Service (JCS), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Database Cloud Service (DBCS), Storage Cloud Service as it relates to SaaS Applications is a plus, Data Loader, Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL, Java and JavaScript programming, Cloud computing platforms, SaaS Applications, development and/or integration, networking and firewalls.

In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies is a plus.

Nice to have: Autonomous Transactional Processing (ATP).
