Job DescriptionEntry-level consulting position for those who are new to professional services and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and on new projects or assignments.As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. They are responsible for ensuring that everyone is on the same page, keeping track of all relevant information, and supporting the project leadership to ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget.Job DutiesAn Associate Project Manager/Project Coordinator typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:Monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluating progress and quality, and manage issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken and Drafting reports summarizing project results

Maintain the quality of all project documents/data to assure the integrity of a project

Work with the project manager to report analyzed data and communicate results

Optimize utilization of talents through specific development and mobility programs

Manage the project financials Managing financial forecastsand tracking of the project financials, issuing invoices, and tracking payments

Develop additional tools and refine processes to help all projects run effectively

Work with resource managers to implement resource strategies for specific organizations

Develop and implement a sourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage

Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project

Help to record achievements, expenses, and measures for success

Monitor all project-related logistics for proper facilitation of payments

Analyze and discuss the potential risk or benefit involved in using the specified technology solution to address the project requirements.

Provide support to project team members

Understand a project’s scope and create documents for project requirements

Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively

Qualifications:Education and Training : To become an associate project manager, you need to possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or public administration and have at least two years of experience in the stewardship programs or projects with a Project Management Certifications (Certified Associate Project Manager – PMI) a plus

IT Skill: You must be proficient in various computer applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with interactive meeting software (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Project Management Skill: Should have excellent project management and organizational skills, 4+ years

Confidence: Should have the ability to work under pressure and still complete projects within set deadlines.
