We are looking for a marketing professional for our small business audience.In this role, you will create enablement to help our Sales organization better understand and advocate for our small business advertisers. You will do this by translating small business needs into meaningful advertising solutions that drive business results. You will work in close partnership with important cross functional teams such as Business Product Marketing, Sales, Web, and Design. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking and strong communication skills with creativity to execute on high-impact content, processes and programs that will scale globally. The candidate must have driven content strategy or marketing programs in partnership with sales or account management teams at a fast-paced company. You will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of vertical industry and country-level market dynamics, with the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective enablement that truly moves the needle.Required Skills: Sales Enablement Marketing Manager, Small Business Marketing Responsibilities:Immerse yourself in the day-to-day of our sales team and play a critical role in creating marketing collateral for solutions that build sales momentum and drive behaviors and results on the frontline
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing Science to develop assets (e.g. videos, guides, etc.) used by the sales team to pitch our advertising solutions
Maintain a library of sales content and collateral working in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
Implement process and infrastructure for scaling content creation and dissemination across multiple regions, verticals, and use cases
Project manage a cross-organization, cross-functional group of stakeholders and ensure the content we ship is cohesive and thoughtfully crafted and executed
Using a data-driven approach, analyze the impact of enablement on sales readiness and productivity success metrics and make adjustments as needed
Demonstrate impact of key initiatives through qualitative and quantitative storytelling
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree
4+ years of experience in marketing at a digital advertiser, agency, tech and/or product and services company
Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businesses
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:6+ years of experience in marketing at a digital advertiser, agency, tech and/or product and services company
Knowledge for small business advertisers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans
Familiarity with Meta Business products (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Account, Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.)
Experience managing needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences
Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact
Highly organized, resourceful and action-oriented individual with experience driving in focus, clarity and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of utilizing call recording tools to drive sales solution effectiveness
Comfortable with data analytics and experience developing enablement success metrics
Communication skills
Experience working with a rapidly changing product and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
