At Meta, you can play a key role in leading this movement on our Global Customer Small Business Marketing team.We are looking for an experienced performance marketing leader to drive global demand generation marketing creative and experience strategy for our largest segment of small business advertisers. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing managers to grow our sales pipeline for our global small business sales team, contributing to the overall success of the global Global Business Marketing and respective Small Business Group sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and will possess an understanding of the SMB audience to bring customer centric messages to market at scale. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, strategic, creative, and operationally-savvy marketer who can move fast and possesses a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives & customer insights into successful marketing strategies by leading large teams & influencing stakeholders.Required Skills: SMB Demand Generation Marketing Lead Responsibilities:Lead and manage marketing content strategy and its execution in collaterals —including web page copy, sales collaterals, FB ad campaigns content, email content and more

Orchestrate the global demand generation marketing strategy for Small Business Sales eligible advertisers in partnership with growth marketing counterparts

Develop creative for performance marketing campaigns on short timelines

Partner with the Small Business Sales leadership on aligning go-to-market strategies with business & marketing plans

Lead and scale a high-performance marketing team

Identify near term priorities in conjunction with the broader Small Business Group team

Act as an extension of the Small Business Group sales team and use the practitioner insight to support the growth of sales programs with the relevant marketing messages

Identify scaled marketing methods to drive adoption of Facebook’s marketing solutions

Build strong relationships across the business marketing and cross-functional teams

Deliver concise and powerful analysis of marketing impact

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree

12+ years of experience in content/digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing communications, or content strategy

Demonstrated experience in demand generation marketing, with an emphasis on creative and content development for web, email, ads and other channels

Knowledge of online advertising industry and/or small & medium businesses

Experience managing and/or mentoring a team

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Direct first-hand experience with managing Facebook campaigns or using other paid online media preferred

Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams & building collaborative partnerships with sales, marketing and product partners and other cross-functional teams

Obsessed with keeping things simple and to the point. Translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials is key

Strong understanding of and experience with SMB marketing and the SMB audience

Experience and willingness to develop practitioner marketing content by hand and program manage the creative process

Demonstrated experience in marketing results across marketing objectives

Experience to handle the pace by removing ambiguity and prioritizing effectively

Proven track record of a mentor, with strong cross-functional relationship and leadership skills
