Summary: The Advertiser Experiences & Platform (AXP) team is responsible for the overall advertiser experience for all advertiser-facing products, including our flagship product Ads Manager, our lightweight interfaces optimized for basic advertisers, and mobile-experiences. We evolve and govern the holistic experience for these products, as well as the platform and foundations that powers them. Thousands of engineers across hundreds of teams ship into our platform on a daily basis. Their goals are the same: to empower millions of businesses to realize the most value from their advertising budgets. We enable teams across Meta to move fast to bring values to our advertisers faster.We are seeking a seasoned TPM to join our effort to continue to evolve our products and platform. As an AXP TPM, you will drive initiatives to solve advertisers pain points and grow Meta's ads revenue by making our products faster and reliable, frictionless, and overall more delightful. Our team's mission is to ensure our advertiser facing products continue to be of top enterprise grade. You will be part of a high caliber, rapidly scaling, distributed team working with teams across the family of apps at Meta that are at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business problems. The role requires close collaboration with multiple Engineering teams, Leadership and cross functional partners (Product Managers/Product Marketing Managers/Data Scientists/Data Engineers). You will have an opportunity to grow your skills strategically and technically as you help meet the changing needs of Meta and the advertiser landscape.Required Skills: Technical Program Manager, Advertiser Experiences & Platform (AXP) Responsibilities:Responsible for building, managing, and setting direction for teams as a whole as well as for individual team members’ success.

You will be responsible for identifying and solving systemic, organizational-wide problems, influencing, and building strong relationships. Partners include Product Management and Engineering to define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as metrics, program requirements and scope.

Viewed as the cross-functional partner, you will lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision making and business impact.

Articulate to stakeholders your team’s technology vision, requirements, goals and milestones and develop collaboration across teams and functions.

Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise and understanding trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

Perform risk and change management on projects.

Influence program/product direction and simplify complexity.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:12+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.

Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.

Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.

Experience communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussions to internal and external teams (including public-facing communication).

Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.

Experience tracking industry and market trends to assess new and external technologies/products to solve problems and demonstrated thought leadership.

Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.

Analytical and problem-solving experience.

Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
