Canteen at the Custer Beacon is now taking applications for full and part-time line cooks who are wanting to flex their chops in a brand-new kitchen. Located in Custer SD, The Custer Beacon is the Black Hills newest live music venue featuring a full-service bar, 1500 sq feet of event space, a killer patio and back yard plus a shiny new kitchen.
Ideal Candidate will possess a desire to grow as a culinarian, a willingness to explore technique and ingredients as well as function in a tight-knit team environment. Fair compensation, two days off a week and a supportive leadership team is offered. Food and beverage nerds are encouraged to apply.
