Position: Body man, structural or nonstructural positions needed for our growing TOP collision repair centers.
If you are a self-motivated, honest, team player; a leader by example, never sacrificing quality for speed or profit; and you have a great attitude then this could be the chance you have been looking for.
Type of Work:
Insurance, fleet, dealership, tour buses, RV's, rental cars, rail-road, largest towing account!
Safe and reliable work
Year around insurance work, no restorations!
Possible positions in Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Polson
Requirements:
Must have a positive attitude
Must have a clean driving record
Must pass a drug test
Must pass back ground check
Must have tools and pictures to send of the box and tools
Must completely fill out application
Must read and follow company handbook and Standard Operating Procedures.
Must be experienced in auto body repair, plus be 175% efficient.
Must be willing to work on the team pay plan and or work with a helper and mentor them
Must have experience with "complete disassembly" and a blue printing process, no parts in cars.
Must be highly organized and maintain a clean and neat working area
Must wear uniform and wear required safety gear
Must use and fit OEM, Aftermarket, and recycled parts
Must provide and use a tablet for work research and a smart phone
Training:
I car, ASE and in-house training mandatory. We have a dedicated position to continuing education. All shops participate in training as assigned.
Parts:
Dedicated parts managers,
CCC1 management system to track parts,
Space and Parts Carts to keep things organized.

Continuing tool maintenance, we have great compressors and looped air lines for maximum air, Pro Spot I5 resistance welder, Pro Spot aluminum repair station, Pro Spot state-of-art 3 lead welder, individual Miller welders 141's for each tech, Chief frame systems and Lazar Measuring system, Car O Liner Bench and measuring system as well, heat inductors, plastic repair, GYS Dent pulling equipment with advanced technology for lighter metals and much more!
