Domestic Relations/Family Law Paralegal

The Position: We are looking for a domestic relations paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment for cases involving divorce, custody, and other domestic relations disputes. Primary duties include close communication with clients, discovery support, document management, and trial preparation and practice.

Experience and education:
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in domestic relations
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Familiarity with motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
High proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and CaseMap
