Bearlodge Forest Products, Inc. has openings in our production lines which manufacture timbers, lumber and pallets. Applicants must be able to perform the physical demands of the position including but not limited to standing for the entire 10 hours shift, being able to lift up to 40#, and possess the ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks. Key competencies we are looking for in an applicant are reliability, problem solving skills, initiative, the ability to follow directions, and attention to detail. These positions require the ability to work together within a team and a willingness and aptitude to learn the job and to be cross-trained in other positions. Work schedule is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day M-Th. 6:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday off. Some overtime is available and occasional Friday work may be required to meet the demands of sales. Company paid benefits after 60 days of FT employment. Medical & Vision insurance, PTO, Holiday and Production Bonus Program.
