Skyline Engineering, LLC has a full-time opportunity for an Office Assistant / Receptionist with 2+ years experience in a professional services firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, distribute mail, internal/external correspondence, filing, ordering supplies and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED required, 2 year associates degree preferred. 2 years experience as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, exceptional customer service skills & professional phone manner, strong organization skills, knowledge of Wordpress, Photoshop, & Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience with Billquick, Submittal Exchange, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Knowledge of engineering/building construction terminology/practices. Willingness to operate in a continuous learning environment.
