The Wellness Department Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and planning of the Wellness Department. The key areas of responsibilities include: Product Management, Merchandising, Department Financial Analysis, Vendor Relationships, Department Leadership & Professional Development. This includes ordering, receiving, and merchandising of product. Product research and establishing vendor relationships are key. This manager is responsible for ensuring our inventory system has accurate information and that product profiles are created and updated with useful product info. Provides training for all floor staff on products & vendors. The goal of this position is to create the best natural wellness department in the Black Hills, SD in terms of quality, variety and price.
