We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Executive Chef.

This position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The Executive Chef works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take creative culinary ownership of a high-volume, chef driven Gastro-pub

• Manage overall operations of the kitchen

Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining food costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety

and sanitation

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years of progressive Culinary experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, full-service

restaurant environment

• Stress management/composure

• Proven leadership and time management skills

• Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (BOE) + bonus potential (relocation assistance provided)

Location: Casper, WY

Education: Culinary Degree / Associates Degree or higher
