Looking for an honest and reliable hand to run 150 to 200 (total) spring and fall calving cows. Must be at least 25 years old and have proven experience in all aspects of ranch operation including but not limited to: Safely Perform: chute-work and cattle handling; calving cows and care for newborns and achieve a low death loss; respectfully operate, upkeep and maintain modern tractors and equipment (feeding livestock, hauling feed/hay, haying, ranch management and upkeep); repair pasture fence, cattle yards and buildings. Individual must keep good records of production and activities and be able to complete most tasks without assistance. May be required to help with some crop/field work. Looking for a responsible individual that can make day to day decisions. Individual must have a positive attitude.
