That support comes through in our work, as we are united by our mission of creating opportunities for people where they live, learn, and work.The Technical Solutions Engineer works with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the transfer of data and also to perform the conversion of data for new clients from their former SIS to FACTS SIS.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Obtain client data from competitors’ system in the form of files attached or data extraction and convert into FACTS SIS.

Partner with internal and external clients to deliver data based on work order requirements and within the required timeframe.

Communicate observations to internal stakeholders and discuss key findings during the conversion process.

Perform data analysis and database adjustments for clients as needed.

Proactively resolve issues by identifying potential problems and implementing solutions using a myriad of tools.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Implementation, Sales and Account Management to ensure an excellent conversion experience for the client.

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:2+ years of experience in a technical environment.

2+ years of data analysis experience desired.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing data using SQL tools.

Experience with data extraction, mapping, documentation, and/or other deliverables for clients.

Must be able to resolve data discrepancies with clients and answer follow-up questions, while maintaining a high-level of service.

Ability to successfully balance multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
