The Dining Room Manager is a hands-on leader for the consistently popular Minervas Restaurant & Bar. Located in one of the BEST lake towns in the Midwest, this newly renovated hotel and restaurant property is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.

Position Purpose:
To help maintain an efficient, profitable and professional dining room by insuring quality service in a clean attractive well maintained dining room. To uphold our company standards and to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day to day activities of the Restaurant Operation.
Essential Functions:
40% - Working in the dining room and bar, managing from the front door working with staff.
25% - Managing and controlling Labor costs on a daily basis.
10% - Hiring and training the dining room staff to standard.
10% - Maintain the dining room cleanliness to company standard.
10% - Managing and controlling Liquor, Beer and Wine costs.
5% - Attend all management meetings and work on management development.
