The CA is responsible for greeting & routing patients, administering patient care therapies (including electrical muscle stimulation & traction), assisting Dr. Van Riper with patient needs, scheduling & managing patient appointments, collecting for services provided, assisting Business Manager with the inventory of Clinic supplies and performing Clinic cleaning (general housekeeping such as vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, etc.).
Character Expectations:
- Timeliness: those we care for and work with deserve our timeliness.
- Attentiveness: details matter, to our patients and to efficiently operate our business.
- High Functionality: managing many tasks efficiently is a must because, at any given time, the CA may be responsible for caring for 3-5 patients all at the same time while keeping the Clinic schedule on time.
- Physically Mobile: daily activities in the Clinic require frequent sitting, standing, bending, lifting 10 - 15 lbs, and walking 5,000 - 10,000 steps daily.
- Patient-Center Attitude: we are in business to care for those who come to us and that principle must be at the forefront of one's mind always.
Work Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (1 hr lunch).
- Fridays: 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. (no lunch).
- No nights. No weekends. No major holiday hours expected.
