We are on a mission to welcome a new Director of Nursing into our family here at the Health Centre. We desire someone who works well on a team, is detail oriented, compassionate, honest, fair but firm with staff, able to multitask, a self starter, delegates well, and likes to have fun at work!
The primary purpose of Director of Nursing (DON) is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. And as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
