H&W Contracting LLC, a general underground utility contractor is seeking an experienced project manager for our Sioux Falls office. Assist w/ bid preparation/estimating, coordinate material deliveries w/ suppliers, schedule subcontractors, assist in enforcing safety policy & OSHA compliance, complete utility locates, Must be able to review & interpret plans and project specifications, execute and/or produce documents including schedules, pay estimates, shop drawings, change orders etc, attend progress meetings as company representative for project updates w/ owners & engineers. Prefer two or more yrs experience in underground construction. Education in Construction Management or equivalent preferred but not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
