Position Summary

We are currently looking for an On-Premise Integration Support Specialist to join our team, based in the Sioux Falls area! Integration Support Specialists provide post-installation, on-site technical customer support on all operating room integration equipment (lights, tables, and video technology). They support our Customers use of the equipment, perform first tier troubleshooting and minor equipment modifications on all integration equipment serviced by STERIS. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional Customer service to hospital staff; supporting their use of the equipment in a professional and knowledgeable way. This is a project-based role that requires the Specialist to travel to the Customers site and to work there through the end of the project. Every day, something special happens at STERIS. Essential Functions

Work with Field Service Representatives, Account Managers, and Installers to obtain supplies and assistance as needed, and to escalate service or account issues appropriately.

May provide support during the installation of Operating Room integration equipment.

Become familiar with the equipment and Operating Room setup for each project.

Perform administrative duties as assigned to ensure effective planning, utilization, and required paperwork completion.

Respond to routine customer and sales questions regarding equipment operation and performance.

Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field through effective positioning of STERIS products and services, identifying opportunities, and passing leads to management and sales.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Audio/Visual Communications strongly preferred.

Excellent knowledge of personal computers, video technology, video cabling, and networking. Technology integration experience preferred.

Possess general knowledge of Information Technology, networking, and video.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot situations and determine a solution.

Polished and professional interpersonal and communication skills a must.

Position requires lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, squatting, sitting, standing, and twisting.

Hours will vary based upon the Customers needs, as availability may be required during procedures.

Will work in hospitals, operating rooms, and surgi-centers.

Based on Customer requirements, may be subject to: drug testing, background screening, Operating Room protocol training, safety training, or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training prior to beginning a project.
