Our company is seeking a motivated, hard-working property manager/maintenance supervisor for its multifamily property in Sioux Falls, SD. Applicants should be responsible, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Property Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collect and deposit rent checks.
Enforce all park rules and regulations.
Obey all Federal Fair Housing Laws and not discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin.
Provide Notices for late rent, rules, and regulations violations.
Keep good records regarding collections, expenses, and operations in general.
Supervise all home move-in/move-outs.
Show prospective tenants homes.
Maintenance responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sewer and water line system maintenance and repairs.
Mowing and landscaping.
Cleaning out units and making necessary repairs.
Procuring supplies that may be needed for repairs & maintenance.
General handyman skills in the following areas:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to pass a background check.
