The Team Leader is responsible foris to increase sales/TNPS and brand awareness by promoting our clients products and services. The ideal candidate and showcase Vodacom offerings in a compelling wayto promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. The primary objective is to maximize profitability within his or her sales territory. This position works four a week, Thursday – Sunday.
Activities include, but are not limited to, meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics,Analyze and interpret territory action plans (briefs) and adjust sales techniques accordingly to mere stated outcomes.
They will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. The successful candidate should have a passion for marketing, ability to strike a chord with people, and understand the customers' needs. He/she should have great business acumen, be target oriented and should be able to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Matric or NQF equivalent
1 years’ experience in a sales role, with demonstrated ability to achieve targets for at least 6 months
1 years’ experience in field services, retail sales or similar role may be beneficial
