As Panel Survey Lead in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be the driving force in delivering our best in class analytics to Australia’s largest manufacturers, retailers and service providers to decipher the why behind the what. Our panel survey product truly fuses together claimed and actual behavioural data in the most advanced way.

We will arm you with the best in market capabilities as well as access to our full range of data and analytics solutions at Nielsen Connect. Whilst we love surveys, we also have of other data to quench your curiosity and wow your clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for the E2E commercial and delivery process for our Panel Survey product, including:

    • Liaising directly with new and existing clients to shape the right research brief and challenge any preconceived notions
    • Proposal creation
    • Briefing internal teams on survey execution and initial content creation
    • Developing and executing the analytic plan and story flow for final client deliveries
    • Confidently presenting back findings to broad audiences from insight teams to CEO’s

  • Working across a range of solutions from quick simple surveys to more complex segmentation design, implementation and tracking
  • Act as a true consultant for our clients, finding opportunities to help our clients grow their business
  • Keeping track of sales pipeline and commercial engagements and shaping product sales campaigns.
  • Working closely with the broader Client Services team to ensure a healthy sales pipeline for the product.

Qualifications

  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within our client organisations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in research and analytics - ideally with experience in survey/questionnaire design.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Project management skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable and proactive - no two days are the same in this role!
  • Be professional and willing to roll up your sleeves with a fun and energetic team!
