Senior Cost Performance AnalystApplyNEW SEARCHIn Arnold Air Force Base, TNJob DescriptionJob Title: Senior Cost Performance AnalystJob Location: Arnold Air Force Base, TNClearance: Current NACI or Secret clearanceJob Duties:-Provide customer support regarding planning, estimating, execution and reporting of projects, specifically funding scenarios and out year planning exercises-Responsible for coordination and support of to control account managers in the development of project estimates (may include RBA SOC estimates), monitoring of project cost performance, funding availability and EVM related reporting.-Monitors actual cost collection and processes corrections.-Maintains working relationship and works directly with Air Force counterpart in areas of performance management.-Preparation of monthly cost forecast.-Supports annual workload proposal and subsequent proposal revisions.-Coordinate and communicate project and contract funding availability.-Responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities.-Support on demand business reporting requests as required by management.-Perform budget, financial and cost variance analysis.-Support the use of common work processes and procedures within assigned function across the TOS contract.-Provides training and guidance to lower level employees.-It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.-Perform other related duties as required.Basic Qualifications:-BS/BA (Accounting/Finance/Information Systems/Engineering/Mathematics or other related degree) plus 5 - 7 years progressive and relevant experience or any combination of relevant education and progressive and relevant experience. Demonstrated understanding and use of AEDC financial systems.-Demonstrated proficiency in data management systems.-Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost functions, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis.-Current U S Citizenship required.Preferred Qualifications:-Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, perform, review, and present financial and cost performance reports.-Prefer in-depth knowledge of AEDC financial and CMMS systems as well as strong communication skills and confidence in reporting cost performance and financial position to management.-Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
