DaVita is dynamic, growing and entrepreneurial. We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused and results driven leader to guide the regional operations for our Louisville, Kentucky region. Dialysis services for patients in this region are provided both at outpatient centers and at home. This particular region encompasses the greater Louisville, Kentucky area and oversees 15-17 clinics. This role will report to the Division Vice President and drive all aspects of the region’s operating business: team development, clinical outcomes, financial management and ongoing growth in a way that honors DaVita’s seven Core Values.This role sits in our Trailblazers Group and our mission is to provide lifesaving dialysis treatment to 20,000 patients in eight states – we are one of 9 operating groups within DaVita that provide dialysis treatments nationally/internationally. In this role you will be joining the leadership team of a $1B dollar business operating approximately 350 dialysis clinics.You will lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare. You will join a team of highly motivated individuals that engage with their head, heart, and hands to better serve the people of their community.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

Complete accountability for $50M P & L, approximately 15-17 clinics and 200 teammates, including 10-12 direct reports

Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize the region’s clinical care and growth potential

Lead team to strive for the nation's leading clinical outcomes, continuously improving year after year.

Address top growth priorities, provide due diligence, cultivate physician and ongoing hospital relationships and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions

Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare

Work at a place that acts more like a community than a company

Qualifications:

Leadership for a multi-site Operational business

Proven experience leading a large, high performing team

Proven experience identifying and driving for growth in your territory

Healthcare site management preferred, ideally multi-site management

Proven success engaging with medical directors and physician groups, preferred

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Available for moderate local travel
