Printing & Signage company seeks to fill position for Receptionist/Customer Service Representative.
Position start date 4/1/19.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary phone and customer service email contact
Walk-in customer service
Traffic management for incoming sales calls
Scheduling
Purchasing / Inventory maintenance
Ideal candidate is courteous, articulate & diplomatic. Must be computer literate in a (mostly) Mac environment. Must be able to operate autonomously, after initial training period. Experience with printing/graphics production environment is desirable, but not required.
