DescriptionAccountemps has partnered with a well established construction company in the Chattanooga area whom is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you would be responsible for the front line support in the Accounts Payable process including reviewing invoices for accuracy, obtaining supporting documentation and collecting approvals. In addition to this front line support, you will provide backup assistance to the Accounts Payable team as needed for additional workload or special projects upon request. This is a long term temporary position. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable required
Data entry experience with proven accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Previous hands on working knowledge with SAGE preferred but not required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic formulas
