Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of Sketch and Invision
Utilizing a modern, clean, sophisticated design sensibility, the Production Designer will work closely with members of the Strategic Marketing team to create visual designs that effectively leverage established corporate branding, including the proper application of design templates, color palettes, and typography for a wide variety of digital and print projects.
Responsibilities:
Creative conceptualization
Design execution of projects across all levels of complexity across formats
Develop collateral and member materials (i.e., presentations, reports, flyers, brochures, etc.)
Create illustrations and infographics
Select and manipulate photography and images
Skills/Certifications
Strong design skills with a broad portfolio of superior work in a variety of media
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Word.
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to master and operate within organization procedures and processes
Ability to mentally and physically keep up with a very fast pace, tight deadlines, multiple demands, and occasional long hours
Flexibility in regards to all aspects of job functions
