3H Group Hotels has an excellent opportunity at the Staybridge Suites Downtown Chattanooga - we are now hiring a PT Night Audit/Guest Care Associate to work the front desk! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team. If customer service is your passion this is the job for you! This is a set schedule each week (every Friday and Saturday) making this a great second job opportunity for someone looking to make extra income.
The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel - including assisting guests with requests, check-ins & check-out, processing the daily audit, etc. Must be able to multi-task and stay focused on the work at hand with little supervision.
Flexible availability is a must! Some holidays are required as the hotel is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. Shifts will be overnight from 11 pm - 7 am every Friday & Saturday evening.
