Monkey Town Brewing Company is a 4+ year old micro brewery / full-scale restaurant located in downtown Dayton, TN in between Chattanooga and Knoxville, open 7 days a week lunch and dinner that offers a wide and eclectic selection of food, craft beer and spirits / cocktails.

We are a father / son, independent operation with a combined 45+ years of restaurant experience in various types of restaurant settings, with 3 other restaurants that we own and operate in the area.

Our food menu consists of 40+ food items ranging from beer cheese and fried pickles to burgers / sandwiches and tacos all the way to steaks, pasta and seafood. Our regular menu is pretty set (with seasonal changes encouraged), while our weekly specials menu gives way to creativity and ingredient experimentation.

In terms of beer, we offer 20 taps with 19 small batch house brews that rotate frequently. In addition to a full bar, we offer a variety of cocktails and wine selections.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious 'working chef' that is looking to establish themselves and grow with us as we continue to expand our brand and brick and mortar operations. Typical tasks such as ability to do inventory/order, price out dishes, keep food/labor costs managed, create regular menu and specials items as well as manage personnel is required.
